Which countries do you post to?
At the moment we only post to the UK. Later on we will be looking to add other countries.
How much does shipping cost?
We offer a flat shipping rate of £1.99 on all orders with any weight and dimensions. This also includes handling and packaging obviously.
If you spend £20.00 or more you will automatically qualify for FREE delivery
When will my order arrive?
All of our orders are dispatched within 24/48 hours. Shipping usually takes 2-3 working days depending on the service used. Please use this as a maximum guideline because you will likely receive your item before that.
Where is my parcel?
As all of us already know, parcels do sometimes get lost in the postal system. Royal Mail for example considers a parcel lost after 10 working days, and will not accept any claims before that because sometimes they do get found eventually. This time is a bit excessive for a customer to wait in our opinion, so if you haven't received your parcel in 5 working days from your dispatch email, please contact us so we are aware of this. We will find out the best solution to the problem and rest assured that you will never be out of pocket.
Is paying by card safe?
Yes of course. All card payments are made through secured servers and we personally have no access to your payment details or card numbers.
Just keep in mind to be aware of the usual threats and never pay for anything that you have not ordered, even if the request seems to come from us. If in doubt please contact us and we will be happy to assist you.
I have never purchased from Blessiah. How do I know it's safe?
First of all paying by card is the safest option because your money is always protected in the event you don't receive your items. We use PayPal, Shop Pay, Apple Pay and Google Pay. To use these provider you have to be registered and verified.

Are my details safe?
Yes. We will never share your details with any third parties except for the purposes of completing your order (payment, couriers, Royal Mail etc.) and the advertising of our business.
Where can I leave a review?
This is the part that all of us have heard over and over again. You do not have to leave a review but this is the only way that a business can grow, offer a greater selection of products and keep the best prices possible. If you are happy with our service or products, please use those 60 seconds to help us.

I have a problem with my order. What should I do?
If something is wrong with your order, an item arrived broken or is defective, don't worry and contact us as soon as possible. We will sort everything out quickly.

I am interested in an item you don't sell. Would you be able to get it?
We are always looking for new products to add to our store that may be of interest. If there is something you struggle to find around or would like to see us sell, please contact us and we will see what we can do. There is no assurance that we will be able to do this on all occasions but we will try our best.
